Each year our Southern Cross students celebrate with a multicultural dinner exchanging recipes from their home countries and the dishes are so delicious we had to share. So here are just a few of the amazing dishes our students have shared – Bon Appetit!
Tales of Outward Bound, from 1964 to today
After becoming inspired by ex-instructor Doug Hutchinson's tales of his time as an instructor in 1964, Serpil decided to dig a little deeper into the history of Outward Bound and how the school operates today. The result is a dynamic and engaging radio documentary giving from varying perspectives on OB, from the early 60's to today.
Craig's reaching new heights he never thought possible
My name is Craig and I am a proud OB Alumnus. But I am not like most students who attend. I am 24 years old and I have had four strokes. These have left me with difficulty walking, slightly slurred speech, and minor fine motor skills reduction. Last year I had the amazing privilege of being able to attend the Outward Bound Activate course.
